Like many, I once reached a point where life felt overwhelmingly chaotic. Within a short period, I faced personal loss, the pressure of supporting loved ones, and the complexity of a legal issue. While juggling my business, managing a household, and striving to stay fit and have fun, I found myself completely drained, both physically and emotionally. Despite my best efforts to keep everything balanced, stress took a toll on my body, leading to constant tension, debilitating migraines, constant fatigue, and gut issues.


This experience led me to a turning point: I needed a different path—a way to simplify, refocus, and truly reclaim my well-being. Out of this realisation, the R.E.A.L Life Coaching Program was born.


With a background that includes a degree in Psychology, an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching, and a Diploma in NLP Coaching, I had the theoretical tools. But it was through navigating my own challenges that I learned to put this theory into practice in a way that truly transforms lives.


Today, I have the privilege of helping others who feel their lives spiralling out of control. Together, we focus on finding balance, clarity, and resilience by cantering on what truly matters and building intentional, sustainable growth.
